We are seeking professional, detail-oriented, critical thinking, and organized project managers to join our electrical, construction, and solar divisions. In this position, you will oversee financial budgets, coordinate contractors, and manage the entirety of projects. A positive attitude, education & safety first mindset, and excellent communication skills are a must. Field experience is a must. You will also be in charge of organizing schedules, tracking inventory, and ordering and managing materials. Field time and travel time expected. At least five years experience in a related position required, references, and resume required.
Requirements:
- CT: E1 or E2 License
- MA: Journeyman License (if applicable)
- Full working knowledge of all aspects of electrical construction and project management.
- Ensure work is performed to the latest National Electric Code and OSHA standards.
- Critical thinking and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
- Positive attitude, effective communication skills.
- Professional appearance & demeanor
- Leadership qualities a must on and off construction site: including safety, organization, ensuring a positive work environment that fosters professionalism, integrity, learning, and training for foreman, E2’s, laborers, and apprentices, assuming responsibility for oversight of protocol compliance and crew management.
- Must be able to safely work around equipment and machinery; to safely work from lifts, ladders, and scaffolding; to manipulate heavy equipment, tools and supplies; to work in irritating environments, confined spaces, and adverse weather or temperature conditions, to wear and work in personnel protective equipment when appropriate.
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
Experience:
- Electrical experience or experience in a related role 5 years minimum with references.
As an electrical foreman at Dyna you will oversee, organize, perform quality control, crew management, & safety compliance of daily work on assigned projects. Review drawings, material specs, and ensure project is installed per the plans. Provide daily updates/report to your project manager. Ensure all installers on site are prepared with the proper PPE, Tools, Clothing. Prepare and assess material list for site (conduit, wire etc). Conduct daily safety checks prior to beginning work and ensure guidelines are followed. Perform all work to latest National Electric Code and OSHA standards.

There are many opportunities to learn and grow within our construction, electric, or solar divisions. A laborer at Dyna is responsible for completion of all tasks assigned to him from the Project Manager from beginning to completion.

**NOT CURRENTLY HIRING THIS ROLE**
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will help with the life cycle of projects from start to finish. The APM assists with coordinating all aspects of the project from purchasing materials to overseeing the installation timelines, paperwork compliance, and ensuring the project is completed on time and efficiently as well as striving to create an exceptional and enjoyable experience for our clients.
- Coordinate preparation of submittals
- Coordinate the preparation of PO’s
- Write change orders and update Change Order Log
- Attend kick-off meeting with Field Supervisor to discuss the job and products
- Procurement of materials and track lead times
- Attend job site meetings as required
- Coordination with subcontractors on behalf of Project Manager
- Order hardware required for installation
- Provide Field Supervisor with installation instructions and hardware needed for all products
- Provide consistent communication and follow-up with customers, vendors, and subcontractors
- Analyze Cost Reports
Qualifications
- College Degree and/or minimum of five years field supervisory experience required
- Demonstrated professionalism at all times and supervisory skills
- Basic building construction knowledge or experience in carpentry or drywall installation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required
- Experience with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Onscreen Takeoff, etc.)
